HVAC Service Technician (2nd, 3rd & 4th Year Apprentice)
Fire & Frost Mechanical Ltd. is looking for motivated 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year HVAC Apprentices to join our growing team. We are seeking reliable, hardworking technicians who take pride in providing quality service to residential and light commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC equipment.
- Install and maintain:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Mini-split systems
- Split systems
- Hot water tanks
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Unit heaters
- Residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend repair solutions.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Registered 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year HVAC Apprentice.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems.
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
